Take Five ✋ Mindful Moments



Before you begin, click on the link below to find your breathing music. We are meditating today to David Foster 'Eleven Words' album. Such a relaxing album to sit, be still and catch your breath.



Now that the music is on, find a comfortable position and slowly close your eyes and just give yourself permission to just be.


Take a 3 deep breaths in... and out. Begin to relax and drop your shoulders, relax your cheeks, jaw, your tongue, your lips, and your forehead.


Just breathe normally, sit, be and breathe for a few moments as you allow the music to relax your body, mind and spirit.


With every breath breathe in peace, breathe out stress. Just breathe in these next few moments loving on the miracle that is you.


On your next breaths, repeat today's mantra, "I make a conscious effort to just sit and be. I love being in the company of me."

Take 3 more deep breaths and slowly open your eyes. Take this moment to smile 🙂 it's going to be a beautiful day.
