Take Five ✋ Mindful Moments


Take a deep breath in... and out. Close your eyes and relax and drop your shoulders, relax your, cheeks, jaw, your tongue, your lips, and your forehead. Just sit, be and breathe for a few moments. Now, repeat today's morning mantra, "I release all the negativity within me, and open myself up to happiness and opportunity." Take 3 more deep breaths and slowly open your eyes.
