DAY 8: Being Thankful Life doesn’t respond to what you want. Life responds to what you pay attention to. But it’s not easy to feel grateful when things aren’t going right. Build your “resilience muscle” through gratitude. Expressing gratitude provides many benefits to not only our lives but our overall health as well. Our word for the day is Gratitude
Writing prompt for today is, List 5 things you are thankful for in your life. It’s Day 8 of the 21 Day Mindfulness Meditation Challenge. Set your timer for 8 minutes and BEGIN with your meditation session, focus on your breath and your intention for the day. To begin, take 5 deep cleansing breaths and then just BREATHE in a natural rhythm. Today take your moments to focus on the GRATITUDE in your life throughout the day and manifesting thankfulness in your moments.
