DAY 7: Regulating Breathing
Today the goal is to calm your nerves, regulate your breathing, and help reduce stress levels. Most of the worry and stress we feel in a day is the result of trying to control something we can’t. Today try to stop trying to change and control everything outside of us and we work on changing our mind, our heart and our reaction to the world around us. By tapping into the sensation of our breaths we can drastically change the way we view and react to situations and people.

Writing prompt for the day is, what does it feel like to be in tune with sensations of your mind, body and soul?
It’s Day 7 of the 21 Day Mindfulness Meditation Challenge. Set your timer for 7 minutes and BEGIN with your meditation session, focus on your breath and your intention for the day. To begin, take 5 deep cleansing breaths and then just BREATHE in a natural rhythm. Today take your moments to focus on the SENSATION in your body throughout the day and manifesting mindful feeling in your moments.

See if you can take this body sensation into your day.
