DAY 20: Open & Present
You can improve your peace throughout your day by staying present in the moment. You can bring inner stillness that will help you in increasing serenity in order to see each moment clearly. Allow your awareness to be focused on being open and present in your right now. Essentially, you will become calmer in your walk for the day. Whenever you start feeling anxiety or stress, know that you can focus on your breath and be taken to your present moment to experience peace.

Our writing prompt for today is, write about how it feels to be present in your right here and now. How can you make time to be in the present moment more often?
It’s Day 20 of the 21 Day Mindfulness Meditation Challenge. Set your timer for 20 minutes and BEGIN with your meditation session, focus on your breath and being present in the moments of your day. To begin, take 5 deep cleansing breaths and then just BREATHE in a natural rhythm. Today take your moments to focus on being PRESENT right where you are and clearing your heart and mind. Be clear in your mind, body and spirit, manifesting a sense of cultivation for a positive, clear, loving focus that you can direct and manage throughout your day into your tomorrow.
