Welcome to Day 19 of the 21 Day Meditation Challenge

DAY 19: Free of Fear


You can improve your mental stability; in turn giving you a much needed mental peace. You can bring inner stillness and help yourself be free of fear. Allow your awareness to shrink to the light of the dancing, flickering flame. Essentially, you will become completely absorbed by it, shutting out outside distractions to enhance focus, and achieve a state of total relaxation.

Our word for the day is SETTLED

Our writing prompt for today is, What could I begin to do to become settled to soften and love the most sacred part of me?

It’s Day 19 of the 21 Day Mindfulness Meditation Challenge. Set your timer for 19 minutes and BEGIN with your meditation session, focus on your breath and your intention for the day. To begin, take 5 deep cleansing breaths and then just BREATHE in a natural rhythm. Today take your moments to focus on being SETTLED right where you are and clearing your heart and mind. Be clear in your mind, body and spirit, manifesting a sense of cultivation for a positive, clear loving focus that you can direct and manage throughout your night and tomorrow into your day.
